Help residents in need of foreclosure protection get help from Nevada's new mediation program.
Represent Laughlin to the State Legislature when holding hearings on new bills affecting civil process service and foreclosure.
Provide the use of the Constable's office facilities to county agencies and community organizations.
Provide a clearinghouse for volunteer and charity opportunities in our town.
Town Representation
Provide a legitimately elected representative of the people to promote the interests and needs of the town and it's residents until the right to vote for the Laughlin Town Advisory Board or a new City Council is established.
Represent Laughlin to the State Legislature and the Board of County Commissioners when holding hearings on new bills affecting home rule.
Build positive opinion with both the general public and state legislators throughout Nevada to support Laughlin home rule.
